INTROVERSION
A portrayal of my introverted personality, inspired by Frida Kahlo’s symbolic and personal style of self-depiction. The vibrant colours of the flowers are a positive connotation of introversion. At the same time, the stitched mouth symbolizes the limitations that come with introversion.

IN TWO MINDS
This sculpture explores the duality between chaos and serenity. While the use of colour introduces a feeling of calmness, the chaotic structure represents overthinking. Together, they represent the constant internal struggle to find balance between the two conflicting states of mind.
Medium: Foam Clay and Spray Paint on Canvas Base
Size: 8" x 8" x 8"

PHOBIA
Fear is an imagination of a human mind. By stitching them directly on my face, these hidden emotions become visible. The embroidery turns intangible fears into something physical, showing how phobias often stay with us and affect our sense of self.

PHOBIA CONTINUES
This work continues to explore fears of insects. Having a strong fear of insects, I designed this conceptual piece in hand-built ceramics. The artwork shows how the fear is attached to me, depicted using the jute thread.
Medium: Glazed Ceramic and Jute
Size: 8.3" x 5.8"

ACCEPTANCE
“Acceptance” reflects my struggle with the fear of insects. By sculpting insects and reptiles from air-dry clay, they are transformed into something that can be controlled. Lying among these creatures symbolically recognizes my phobia, but also learning to coexist with it, making fear less threatening.
Medium: Air Dry Clay and Acrylic Paints

SELF PORTRAITS
Like a mirror, all that is experienced inside are reflected on the face. And therefore, each expression has a unique face. These five self-portraits are the expressions of my thoughts and perceptions, explored here in various mediums.
